Overview

The Director, Client Success, is responsible for managing and growing client relationships in the healthcare technology industry, focusing on revenue cycle management.

In Short

  • Manage and grow client relationships through collaboration with operations and sales.

  • Drive satisfaction and retention through proactive communication.
  • Participate in the entire client lifecycle from sales to implementation.
  • Oversee Client Success activities for designated clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client performance and identify opportunities.
  • Facilitate meetings and develop presentation materials for clients.
  • Assist in the implementation of process updates and manage deliverables.
  • Travel up to 30% as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in account management in healthcare technology.
  • Experience with claims billing and IT/EDI systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.com.
  • Strong computer proficiency with MS Office applications.
