The Vice President of Client Success will oversee client relationships and ensure satisfaction, manage a team of directors, and drive revenue growth through strategic client engagement.

  • Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports and communication with clients.
  • Manage client obligations to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in account management in healthcare technology.
  • Experience with claims billing and IT/EDI systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com).
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and conflicting priorities.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
  • Up to 30% travel required.
  • Must adhere to company core values and practices.
