As a VP, Customer Success, you will play a crucial role leading digital scale and success initiatives across thousands of insightsoftware customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in Customer Success, with 3+ years in senior roles.
  • Experience in companies with Annual Revenues between $500M and $1B.
  • Ability to attract and retain top talent.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales ops processes.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive and efficient in task execution.
