Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with Customer Success Platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to implement scalable workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
