Overview

The Project Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation process, ensuring the successful deployment of ISW products while fostering positive relationships.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a project analyst/coordinator role.
• Experience in financial reporting/accounting product implementation is a plus.
• Customer-facing experience is essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects at different stages.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
