Overview

As the Vice President of Customer Success at Varicent, you will lead the Customer Success Manager (CSM) and Technical Account Manager (TAM) teams, driving customer outcomes and maximizing value from our SaaS solutions.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in Go-To-Market leadership positions within technology or SaaS.
  • 5-7 years of experience managing senior leaders.
  • Proven track record in customer engagement and retention.
  • Strong communication skills across departments.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on metrics.
  • Ability to develop and implement successful strategies.
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for growth.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
