Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at Varicent, you will partner with a portfolio of customers to achieve long-term goals, while developing strong relationships and adapting to evolving product offerings.

In Short

  • Manage and nurture a designated client portfolio.
  • Review impact of new features and assess against customer needs.
  • Assist in configuring Varicent solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Generate and communicate monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze usage data to identify remedial actions.
  • Support troubleshooting errors and advising on best practices.
  • Identify growth opportunities for clients.
  • Collaborate with the team for sustainable project growth.
  • Participate in Success Planning Workshops.
  • Review change management processes with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or related business discipline.
  • Experience with Query Based Languages and Relational Databases.
  • Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong business communication skills.
  • Experience in gathering and interpreting requirements.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
  • Initiative to work with minimal oversight and adapt to changes.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with Varicent software products.
