Overview

This position is for a Technical Account Manager who will work remotely, closely collaborating with clients to enhance their security and identity management systems.

In Short

  • Provide technical recommendations based on clients' identity and security needs.
  • Facilitate visibility into the product roadmap.
  • Assist with configuration and feature flows.
  • Conduct business reviews with customer leadership.
  • Assist in strategizing platform roll-outs and upgrades.
  • Provide ad-hoc training for skill development.
  • Engage in support ticket escalations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide feedback for product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Understanding of Java and web technologies.
  • 5 years of enterprise customer-facing experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems like SFDC.
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively.
  • Proven track record with large enterprise clients.
  • Experience with Identity Management or Access Management.
  • On-call availability may be required.
