Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at Cupix, you will build, retain, and grow our customer base while ensuring they achieve their business goals using our innovative SaaS products.

• Become a Cupix product expert.
• Understand customer goals and translate needs during implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4+ years of construction experience, preferably with B2B software.
• Experience with AEC software solutions like Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with 4D and 5D simulation software.
• Experience with reality capture and photogrammetry.
• Understanding of recurring revenue business models.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Analytically driven with data skills.
