Customer Success Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Cupix, you will be responsible for building, retaining, and expanding our customer base while ensuring they achieve their business goals through our innovative 3D digital twin platform.

In Short

• Become a Cupix product expert.
• Understand customer goals and translate them through the onboarding process.
• Communicate setup requirements with customers and stakeholders.
• Train customers on Cupix software products and best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues for customers.
• Record customer needs in our CRM system.
• Leverage feedback for continuous improvement.
• Build trust and relationships with customer champions.
• Conduct use case reviews to ensure value delivery.
• Travel to client sites as required (20% or more).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in construction or B2B software.
• Experience with AEC software solutions preferred.
• Experience with 4D and 5D simulation software is a plus.
• Understanding of reality capture and photogrammetry.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
