Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Ping Identity will engage with customers to ensure high adoption and satisfaction of our cloud identity solutions, fostering strong relationships and driving business value.

In Short

• Engage customers through check-ins and feedback sessions.
• Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and risks.
• Position IAM solutions as business enablers.
• Align IAM features with customer security strategies.

• Occasionally travel to customer sites or events.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in a relevant role.
• Experience with CRM systems like SFDC or Gainsight.
• Ability to collaborate with executives.
• High technical aptitude for understanding customer use cases.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
