Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Fiserv is responsible for delivering top-class services and ensuring the success of merchants by acting as a trusted advisor and champion for their business needs.

• Manage a portfolio of 200 high-value accounts.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and site meetings.
• Achieve account objectives and forecast revenue growth.
• Identify sales opportunities for additional products and services.
• Maintain CRM and customer success software tools.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries.
• Utilize data analytics for strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Travel outside of the office as required.
• Full clean driving license and own transport needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in customer success or relationship management.
• Track record of building commercial relationships.
