Overview

As a Relationship Manager at Fiserv, you will build and sustain strong relationships with major credit union clients, leveraging Fiserv's resources to enhance client satisfaction and profitability.

In Short

  • Manage relationships with key decision-makers at credit unions.

  • Develop and maintain an Account Plan integrating Fiserv business units.

  • Secure timely contract renewals and monitor client satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales quotas through add-on products and services.
  • Create and present formal proposals for additional services.
  • Ensure fair return on services rendered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in selling financial services or fintech products.
  • 6+ years of success in a sales role servicing major accounts.
  • 8+ years of experience with strategic account planning.
  • Proven experience in influencing C-level executives.
