Overview

As a Technical Consultant - Lead at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in leading development teams on medium to large IT delivery projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery of banking solutions.

In Short

• Lead development teams on IT delivery projects.
• Ensure quality, timelines, and cost KPIs are met.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient C# code.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
• Work with local and offshore teams.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot issues.
• Experience in Java and .Net development required.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Leadership and management experience preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Detailed knowledge of banking applications and architecture.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• 7+ years of experience in Java development.
• 5+ years of experience in C# WinForms development.
• Experience with OpenShift or Open Container Platform.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Integration and unit testing practices.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
