Technical Leader (Consultant) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a technical leader with experience in GeneXus and part-time dedication to join our team on a project for an important state-owned company in Uruguay. This role will be responsible for coordinating the technical team, collaborating with analysts and clients, and ensuring that developments meet quality standards and agreed delivery times.

In Short

• Lead the technical design of GeneXus-based solutions.
• Plan, supervise, and control deliverables for each iteration/project.
• Coordinate tasks and priorities within the development team.
• Ensure good coding practices, architecture, and documentation.
• Participate in meetings with clients and functional areas to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Follow up on progress, manage technical risks, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Provide technical support to developers, promoting team growth.
• Work part-time: approximately 50 hours per month, Monday to Friday as needed between 9 AM and 6 PM.
• Work remotely with availability for in-person meetings in Montevideo.
