In Short

• Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and consultants during projects.
• Resolve high priority issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist in client business process review sessions.
• Provide Technical Subject Matter Expertise for implementing the Cority application.
• Conduct System Administrator and Business Intelligence Reporting training sessions.
• Document technical requirements and validate software changes.
• Suggest application enhancements based on client needs.
• Support development of project documentation.
• May require travel for on-site client engagements.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Graduate in occupational health & safety, business administration, or computer science.
• Experience in Sustainability or EHSQ is highly recommended.
• Knowledge of SQL, SOAP, REST API, and SSO Platforms.
• Experience with Java Script, PowerShell, and VBA.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to mentor team members.
• Knowledge of system development life cycles (SDLC).
• Spanish and/or French language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
