Technical Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Consultant at Keyloop, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our customers, partners and internal teams by installing API solutions, configuring DMSs, providing technical support and guidance.

In Short

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for API integration activations.
• Own and progress technical problems through to resolution.
• Work closely with Partner Account Managers and other internal business units.
• Document solutions and maintain updated technical guides.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Global experience in a multi-cultural environment.
• 3+ years of work experience in software/technology companies.
• Proficiency in Postman, Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Project Management skills.
• Good understanding of integrations/software features.
• Self-starter comfortable to manage multiple projects.
