Overview

360Learning is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You will be responsible for enterprise client technical implementation and delivering on custom technical consulting projects.

In Short

• Become a Trello expert through onboarding
• Understand product offerings and master the platform
• Collaborate with sales and development teams
• Ensure successful delivery of projects on time
• Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop repeatable processes to improve project quality
• Support the team on difficult integrations
• Participate in client-facing meetings
• Manage technical escalations autonomously
• Build your OKR roadmap for future growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role
• Excellent technical skills including JavaScript
• Knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based solutions
• Experience in project scoping and solution design
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer implementations
• Client-first mindset
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
