360Learning is looking for a Partner Marketing & Operations Manager to architect and scale the next generation of our global partner ecosystem. This is a highly strategic role at the intersection of marketing, alliances, operations, and growth, ideal for someone who wants to build and own the engine behind one of the fastest-growing partner programs in SaaS.

In Short

  • Turn our partner program into a world-class growth platform.
  • Design and orchestrate communication and operations for partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
  • Scale a digital-first approach for Tier 3 partners globally.
  • Utilize AI agents and automation for partner engagement.
  • Audit existing processes and identify strategic priorities.
  • Build relationships across various teams to align on partnership impact.
  • Launch targeted marketing campaigns to deepen partner collaboration.
  • Drive measurable engagement and pipeline influence from partners.
  • Be recognized as a key partner to the Alliances team.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in partner marketing or marketing operations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce and Atlassian tools.
  • Comfortable working with external partners.
  • Self-starter with a structured mindset.
  • Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for a collaborative working environment.
