Overview

360Learning is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our UK team, responsible for generating opportunities and qualifying inbound leads.

In Short

  • Generate opportunities from top priority accounts.
  • Qualify inbound leads for UK Account Executives.
  • Utilize advanced Sales Development Techniques & tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations and sales teams.
  • Achieve monthly quotas for Sales Qualified Leads.
  • Participate in onboarding and continuous learning.
  • Master tool stack including SalesLoft and LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator.
  • Contribute as a subject-matter expert on the platform.
  • Engage in innovative lead generation ideas.
  • Flexible work-from-home options available across the UK.

Requirements

  • 12 months experience as a BDR or SDR in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in inbound lead generation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (level B2 or equivalent).
  • Ability to uncover customer needs and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong preferred.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for company culture.
