Overview

As a Client Success Partner (CSP) within the Enterprise team, you will support our largest clients in their digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform.

In Short

  • Build strong relationships with HR executives of clients.
  • Develop usage, adoption & impact of the 360Learning solution.
  • Coordinate various resources to facilitate client success.
  • Ensure renewal or signing of new contracts.
  • Master the product and corporate culture within the first month.
  • Take over a portfolio of existing customers within three months.
  • Define learning transformation roadmaps with clients.
  • Reduce churn and identify at-risk customers.
  • Work with Account Managers on project opportunities.
  • Participate in a structured interview process with multiple stages.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Client Success or related fields.
  • Ability to lead complex projects for Enterprise accounts.
  • Knowledge of SaaS B2B industry is a plus.
  • Interest in digital education and e-learning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English (B2 minimum).
