Overview

The Enterprise Success Partner at Redzone is responsible for managing large accounts, providing expertise and support to ensure customer success, adoption, and growth.

  • Develop strategies for customer engagement and value realization.
  • Lead a team of Enterprise Success Coaches.
  • Build relationships with senior leaders in customer organizations.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and address risks.
  • Facilitate networking events and drive thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams for customer experience.
  • Represent Redzone at industry events.

Requirements

  • Experience in Enterprise Success or Customer Success roles.
  • Background in B2B SaaS software solutions.
  • Strong analytical and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to drive revenue growth through customer interactions.
  • Experience in developing customer engagement strategies.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and develop teams.
  • Experience with executive-level engagement.
  • Knowledge of change management strategies.
  • Experience in upsell/cross-sell strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
