Overview

The Enterprise Customer Success team provides the foundation for a long-term partnership with our OffSec Enterprise clients regarding the training and certifications they have purchased. You will be guiding new and existing Enterprise accounts through education, setup, and the successful onboarding of our offerings into the account.

In Short

  • Act as primary contact for Enterprise clients.
  • Refer clients to sales for additional purchases.
  • Ensure efficient handling of client inquiries and issues.
  • Manage client expectations for training and certification benefits.
  • Drive early success for new Enterprise clients.
  • Facilitate client activities and regular reviews.
  • Develop client success plans and drive achievement of milestones.
  • Log inquiries in the ticketing system for accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with peers to improve customer experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years in a customer-facing support role.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
