• Development, administration, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Coordination with multiple departments on project goals.
• Infrastructure as a service automation development.
• Technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Identify and improve existing processes.
• Resolve technical issues and analyze root causes.
• Research new tools for process improvement.
• Work closely with Infrastructure teams for new pipelines.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Full-time position with flexible work hours from home.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years experience with Ansible, Tower, or AWX.
• 3-5+ years experience with Python.
• 3-5+ years experience supporting corporate IT Infrastructure.
• 3-5+ years experience with VMware and/or OpenStack.
• 3-5+ years experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
