DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

Agile Defense is looking for a DevOps Engineer to be part of a growing team in the federal sector, responsible for building and maintaining automation scripts, infrastructure tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

In Short

• Engage in the whole lifecycle of services from inception to deployment.
• Write code and build infrastructure as code.
• Analyze and implement strategies for continuous deployments.
• Maintain services and cloud infrastructure once live.
• Establish automation strategies for testing services.
• Design and implement solutions based on standards.
• Provide training and develop technical documentation.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be a US citizen.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AWS, cloud formation, Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of Git and SVN.
• Experience with multiple programming languages.
• Practical Linux administration skills.
• Experience with Ruby, Bash, or Python scripting.
• Understanding of three-tier enterprise application architectures.
• USCIS or DHS experience preferred.
