Overview

As a DevOps Engineer at Blend, you will drive efficient and reliable deployment processes, supporting infrastructure and development teams while optimizing systems and maintaining critical cloud and Kubernetes environments.

In Short

• Collaborate with a DevOps team to support and improve systems for seamless app deployment.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and reusable infrastructure templates.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement observability solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Develop runbooks for documenting solutions and guiding incident resolution.
• Participate in on-call rotations to resolve critical issues.
• Address unplanned tasks such as incident resolution and urgent requests.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with GCP and AWS.
• Proficient in managing and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure templates.
• Practical knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools.
• Ability to create and maintain automation scripts.
• Comfortable with on-call rotations for high-priority incidents.
• Experience with security best practices in cloud environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• 4+ years of experience in similar roles.
