In Short

• Location: Remote within the U.S.
• Duration: Approximately a 12-month consulting role with the possibility of extension.
• Lead end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, workflows, and approvals.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support messaging and creative execution for initiatives.
• Provide regular status updates and issue tracking.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in project management or marketing operations.
• Proven experience managing projects in creative or campaign-driven environments.
• Experience with marketing workflow tools like Aprimo.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to influence in matrixed organizations.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
