Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Success or related role in Cybersecurity SaaS.
• Understanding of Semperis solutions and Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with C-level executives.
• Ability to explain technical cybersecurity data.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proactive in building customer relationships.
• Intellectually curious and responsive to change.
• Desire to work closely with customers.
