Overview

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Cresta, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' success and driving business growth. You will foster strong customer relationships, play a major role in retention and expansion, and be an advocate for our customers internally to influence roadmap and process improvements.

In Short

  • Oversee a portfolio of approximately 20 enterprise clients.
  • Foster deep and strategic relationships with customers.
  • Continuously analyze and improve the customer journey.
  • Drive renewal and expansion efforts.
  • Track and be driven by broader Customer Success team KPIs.
  • Leverage data and analytics for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Lead project and stakeholder management efforts.
  • Build and configure the Cresta product for customers.

Requirements

  • Fantastic written and verbal communicator.
  • Ability to manage complex internal and external processes.
  • Autonomy and scalability in handling tasks.
  • Go-To-Market experience in customer success.
  • Willingness to travel (~25%) and engage with customers in EST - PST time zones.
