In Short

  • Partner with a Sales Director to showcase Cresta's power to potential customers.
  • Provide technical insights and solutioning to stakeholders.
  • Conduct product demos and manage technical validation activities.
  • Help develop business cases during the sales cycle.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, customers, and technical teams.
  • Lead discovery calls and build product demos.
  • Drive adoption by training managers and users.
  • Translate use cases into technical solutions.
  • Run ROI workshops to create financial business cases.
  • Provide feedback to product management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in customer-facing roles, with 1–3 years in technical pre-sales.
  • Expertise with Conversational AI and CCaaS platforms.
  • Strong work ethic and enthusiasm in client engagement.
  • Meticulous presentation and demo preparation.
  • Natural problem-solver and resourceful collaborator.
  • Fast learner with a passion for new technology.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and enterprise SaaS.
  • Embody core Operating Principles.
