Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role at a SaaS provider.
• Proficiency in SQL and API understanding.
• Experience with Postman and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or GoLang.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Experience with version control systems like GitHub.
• Ability to document processes in tools like Confluence and Jira.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
