• Join Sprinto’s Customer Experience team as a Solutions Engineer.
• Play a critical role in accelerating sales cycles and securing technical wins.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Lead technical discovery conversations with prospects.
• Deliver tailored product demos showcasing Sprinto’s value.
• Guide prospects through sandbox environments or POC evaluations.
• Support Sales in winning competitive deals.
• Collaborate with Product by sharing market feedback.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and support renewals.
• Maintain competitive intelligence for GTM effectiveness.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in Solution Engineering, Pre-sales, or GRC consulting.
• Experience with mid-market/enterprise customers, especially in APAC/EU.
• Knowledge of key frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR.
• Comfortable engaging with CxOs to map solutions.
• Proficient in SaaS/cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong communication, solution design, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: ISO Auditor, CISSP, CISA or related infosec certifications.
