Overview

The Program Manager for Customer Experience at Sprinto will work to enhance customer governance, risk, and compliance workflows by translating client needs into effective operational processes.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in Program Management or related fields in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience leading complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong operator mindset for project execution.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Data fluency with Excel/Google Sheets and operational analysis tools.
  • Experience in improving customer lifecycle processes.
  • High ownership and change-management skills.
