We are looking for a Senior Manager of Finance Operations to build and optimise the systems, processes, and team capabilities that will power our growth.

In Short

• Own end-to-end finance operations including Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay.
• Lead revenue cycle operations across India and US entities.
• Optimise collections processes and DSO management.
• Manage multi-system tech stack and lead ERP implementation.
• Build and lead the FinOps team.
• Ensure operational changes align with accounting and compliance requirements.
• Drive cash management and vendor relationships.
• Implement automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships.
• Develop team capabilities and operational playbooks.

Requirements

• 8-12 years in finance operations with leadership experience.
• Strong accounting fluency and understanding of revenue recognition principles.
• Experience with SaaS and finance platforms.
• Ability to translate operational needs into accounting requirements.
• Experience managing teams through system implementations.
• CA, CPA, or equivalent accounting qualification preferred.
• Experience with collections strategy and cash flow optimisation.
• Ability to work across multi-entity structures.
• Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in building capability in others.
