We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Finance Operations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, this role will serve a critical function on the broader FinTech team scaling the financial backbone of our go-to-market engine. This person will lead core finance operations initiatives across Salesforce CRM, Deal Desk, and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, ensuring seamless integration between sales execution and financial rigor.

As a strategic business partner to Sales, Finance, and Customer Operations, you will be responsible for building systems and processes that provide end-to-end transparency and efficiency from lead to cash. You will be deeply embedded in forecasting workflows, pricing governance, and SaaS performance metrics that drive predictable growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, operations, and systems, someone who can roll up their sleeves while also driving cross-functional alignment and long-term process improvement.

In Short

• Own and optimize key finance operations workflows including Deal Desk, sales order approvals, variable compensation, and quote generation.
• Act as the operational SME for Quote-to-Cash process and systems.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue leaders for sales forecast hygiene and variance analysis.
• Execute and monitor AR invoicing and collections.
• Serve as the business owner for finance workflows within Salesforce CRM.
• Work closely with Finance and RevOps on monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Define, track, and analyze financial KPIs across the GTM organization.
• Develop dashboards and operational reports for bookings performance.
• Be a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Account Management.
• Lead trainings and documentation for sales reps on finance-related policies.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce CRM and QTC systems.
• Experience supporting Deal Desk operations and pricing analysis.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and metric definitions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
