Finance Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Finance Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing and developing financial processes and controlling systems, managing accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

Requirements

• Background in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting/controlling.
• Strong knowledge of German accounting principles (HGB).
• Experience in financial administration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Startup experience is a plus.
