Finance Manager, Operations - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager, Operations to be UNREAL’s go-to expert on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis.

In Short

• Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert on COGS and BOM analysis.
• Collaborate closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams.
• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models related to supply chain costs.
• Provide financial guidance for new product innovation.
• Support monthly financial reporting and forecasting.
• Monitor and analyze supplier pricing and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with the accounting team for accurate financial reporting.
• Lead ad hoc financial projects focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to break down complex cost structures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
