Finance Operations Manager - Remote

In Short

• Execute and scale finance operations (payroll, taxes, registration, etc.)
• Help the business make data-informed decisions through analysis and discussion
• Build planning muscle: headcount planning, budget, and growth goals
• Work cross-functionally to keep leaders and departments informed and aligned
• 2+ years in investment banking or similar & 3+ years in a fast-growing SaaS company
• Expert experience with financial modeling and presentation (Excel or Google Sheets)
• SaaS business model forecasting
• Comfortable oscillating between details and larger concepts
• Ability to handle uncertainty and make decisions with good judgment
• Work remotely, no commuting to the office

Requirements

• 2+ years in investment banking or similar & 3+ years in a fast-growing SaaS company
• Expert experience with financial modeling and presentation (Excel or Google Sheets)
• SaaS business model forecasting
• Comfortable oscillating between the details and the larger concepts
• Ability to handle uncertainty, adjust priorities, and make decisions with good judgment
