Finance Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for driving and enhancing our finance operations and accounting processes.

In Short

• Partner with the CFO to translate financial strategy into quarterly finance operations plans.
• Manage key financial operations including invoicing, commissions, and linguist payments.
• Serve as a functional expert for Netsuite, Tipalti, Tabs, and Zencentiv.
• Liaise between the business and technical teams to translate business problems into technical requirements.
• Support month-end close, flux review processes, and deliver high-quality financial reporting.
• Drive best practices, systems controls & validations, and data governance across financial tools.
• Champion tool adoption and change management through the development of trainings and documentation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in finance operations, preferably in a high-growth technology company.
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., NetSuite).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with change management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
