Designer for Brand & Creative Development - Remote

Overview

Unreal is a mission-based chocolate snack company dedicated to creating better-for-you indulgent snacks. We are looking for a versatile Designer to join our Brand & Creative Development team, where you will execute high-craft design work across digital and print channels while collaborating closely with our Lead Art Director.

In Short

• Design high-quality digital and print assets for brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with team members and external partners.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines.
• Contribute fresh ideas to evolve the brand's expression.
• Use Asana for project tracking.
• Master Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Engage in both campaign work and everyday brand needs.
• Bring a mix of creativity and problem-solving to challenges.
• Motion design skills are a plus.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of design experience, with 2+ years in CPG.
• Strong technical skills in digital and print design.
• Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana.
• A collaborative and adaptable team player.
• Passionate about building memorable brands.
• Curiosity and a growth mindset.
• Experience in motion graphics and event design is a plus.
