Food Safety & Quality Documentation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) Documentation Specialist will own and maintain the document control database and manage critical food safety documentation. You will be a crucial member of the Food Safety team supporting the growth of Unreal Snacks.

In Short

• Manage our Document Control database
• Organize and review critical food safety documents
• Complete finished product releases
• Flag any non-conformities
• Create critical documents and document templates
• Support onboarding new suppliers
• Complete customer questionnaires
• Ensure critical food safety documents are maintained

Requirements

• 1-3 years of document control or data management experience
• Proficient in document management and control
• Able to create and update documents
• Well organized and self-directed
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with computers
• Experience in Food Safety or Food Manufacturing preferred
