Overview

The Director of Supply Chain Operations will manage Unreal's end-to-end demand-to-delivery network, driving operational excellence across key service, cost, and inventory KPIs while fostering a high-performing environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years in CPG supply chain planning and operations.
• Experience managing external partners in supply chain.
• Deep experience leading S&OP processes.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience.
• High-EQ leadership with a coaching mindset.
• Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
