Manager, Procurement - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Procurement is responsible for guiding the selection, negotiation and maintenance of relationships with key ingredient suppliers, leveraging industry insights to execute a strategy for obtaining high-quality, low-cost ingredients.

In Short

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodities.
• Provide market analysis for category supply and demand dynamics.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Lead strategic sourcing efforts to establish alternate supplier portfolios.
• Translate growth plans into supply network evaluations.
• Implement procurement projects for value and quality improvements.
• Perform monthly reviews of usage, supplier performance, and costs.
• Support onboarding of blanket suppliers across the network.
• Source and onboard new suppliers while balancing quality and cost.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain & procurement management.
• Experience managing ingredients is required.
• Proven experience in procurement and project management.
• Experience in supplier relationship management and contract negotiations.
• Experience in supplier performance tracking and business continuity planning.
• Comfortable working at different levels of detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• NetSuite & SIQ experience is a plus.
