Procurement Manager - Remote

Overview

The Procurement Manager will oversee strategic sourcing and vendor management initiatives for JLL Work Dynamics, supporting integrated workplace solutions. This role is responsible for optimizing procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

• Provide procurement expertise during client proposals and strategy development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 7+ years of procurement experience, preferably in facilities management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with e-procurement platforms and supplier management systems.
• Knowledge of statutory compliances such as ESI, PF, GST.
• Knowledge of E-Procurement systems like Jaggaer, Ariba, Coupa is a plus.
• Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Financial acumen and cost analysis capabilities.
