Manager, Procurement - Remote

Overview

This role is ideal for a seasoned procurement professional who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment, supporting multiple programs through strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.

In Short

• Lead procurement activities including sourcing strategies based on drawings, specifications, and purchase history.
• Review and manage Statements of Work (SOW) documents and Requests for Quotations/Proposals.
• Conduct price and cost analysis, develop negotiation strategies, and address contractual exceptions.
• Prepare and document purchase orders following internal procedures.
• Manage post-award contract activities and supplier performance in collaboration with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Build and maintain professional relationships with first-tier subcontractors.
• Support occasional business travel up to 10%.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement and sourcing.
• Strong negotiation skills and contract management experience.
• Ability to analyze costs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
