Overview

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement and vendor management teams, ensuring operational efficiency and team objectives are met.

• Manage the Vendor Management and Procurement team.
• Improve and execute purchasing policies and procedures.
• Review and create Purchase Orders from Purchase Requisition forms.
• Negotiate and complete contracts for goods and services.

• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Lead the Coupa implementation and stabilization efforts.
• Maintain compliance with local and foreign requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in accounting.
• 10+ years in procurement and vendor management.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to comprehend and write moderately complex instructions.
• Ability to present information effectively.
