Overview

Airtable is seeking a Procurement Manager with primary focus on Procurement Operations. In this role, you'll handle day-to-day operations as well as collaborate on driving optimizations, automation, training and compliance.

In Short

• Handle day-to-day operations, including vendor onboarding.
• Redline SOW and Order forms for commercial terms.
• Develop fast-buy processes and catalogs for small purchases.
• Partner with teams to optimize procurement using AI.
• Manage Tail spend approvals for <$100K deals.
• Provide training on procurement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines.
• Develop procurement policies aligned with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of Procurement Operations and Sourcing experience.
• Experience collaborating with legal and finance teams.
• Skilled in navigating ambiguity in procurement environments.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Expertise in negotiating vendor contracts.
• Experience using procurement and financial systems.
