• Taskrabbit is a remote-first company with employees distributed across the US and EU.
• We are looking for a Procurement Manager to manage central procurement activities.
• Responsible for leading sourcing efforts in tech and non-tech purchases.
• Own the end-to-end procurement process including vendor selection and contract management.
• Develop and enforce procurement policies and procedures.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define sourcing strategies.
• Identify cost savings opportunities through competitive sourcing.
• Track and manage vendor performance and spend.
• Enhance procurement documentation and approval workflows.
• Continuously improve procurement tracking tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing various vendors.
• Working knowledge of procurement systems and processes.
• Ability to balance process rigor with flexibility.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and financial acumen.
