In Short

• Provide operational and executional support across Airtable’s Digital Programs portfolio.
• Act as a force multiplier for the team, managing day-to-day program operations.
• Support workstreams across Customer Education, Community, and AI Programs.
• Coordinate publishing workflows for the Airtable Effect newsletter.
• Assist with community moderation and spam monitoring.
• Manage the inbox of Digital Programs email alias.
• Coordinate advocacy workflows and support external collaborators.
• Partner with Marketing Ops and Analytics teams for reporting.
• Help track program health metrics and support analysis for improvements.
• Work in a highly cross-functional and execution-oriented role.

• Highly organized and execution-focused, with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and shifting priorities.
• Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams.

• Experienced with program coordination, operations, or project support.
