The Associate Program Manager will play a key role in supporting healthcare staffing operations, ensuring smooth workflows and excellent service delivery.

• Support Program Managers in daily locum staffing operations and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Manage provider placement workflows, including requisition, confirmation, onboarding, credentialing, and timesheet approvals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely submissions and compliance with contractual terms.
• Deliver accurate reporting and analytics tailored to client needs, focusing on fulfillment, agency performance, and operational insights.
• Maintain data integrity and operational workflows in VMS platforms, identifying and escalating operational risks as needed.
• Assist with special projects, implementation support, and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving escalated concerns and facilitating smooth operations.
